Private Lessons

Daniel has a passion for spreading his craft with any musician that shares his same passion. He has taught students that have had playing experiences from none to a decade, and everywhere in between. Daniel's three main values that he reinforces in each of his students are honesty, dependability, and openmindedness. Schedule a lesson with Daniel today!

Individual Lessons

Individual, hour-long lessons cost as follows:

  • $70

Lessons are offered at Daniel's private lesson studio in Greeley; Zoom lessons, and lessons at students' homes, may be offered depending on location and availability. UNC students' lessons are expected to occur in Daniel's private lesson studio. Shorter lessons are currently not being offered. Please contact Daniel directly for accurate pricing.

Lesson Packages

Discounts are available if multiple individual lessons are purchased and prepaid simultaneously:

  • 3 Lessons: Receive a discount of $10
  • 5 Lessons: Receive a discount of $25
  • 10 Lessons: Receive a discount of $55

Discounts are only available for in-person lessons; Zoom lessons are ineligible for discounts. Prepayment in full is required for discounts.

Seasonal Lessons

Lessons may also be purchased per semester/term:

  • Fall/Spring Semester (approx 15 lessons per term): Discount of $7 per lesson
  • No seasonal offers for Summer. Please view Lesson Packages

These offers are only available prior to the beginning of an academic semester. Cannot be used in conjunction with a Lesson Package.

Group Lessons

Group lessons will be charged at the rate of $60 per student; a group lesson of 6 students would cost $360 total. Group lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 students. These sessions are appropriate for fundamentals, solos, and/or All-State preparation.

Quartet Coaching

Quartet coachings cost as follows (total):

  • $260, regardless of location or modality

Quartet coachings are limited to the study and preparation of chamber music literature. No solo music or All-State prep will occur within these coachings.

Masterclasses

Masterclasses are for groups of 9 or more. Cost is dependent on location, number of students, schedule, etc. Masterclasses generally take the form of a mini recital and individual mini-masterclasses for an audience (for classical trombone studios, etc.). Please contact Daniel directly for an accurate quote.

Terms & Conditions (General Overview)

  • 24-hour deadline for cancellations by student, or the lesson is considered a no-call no-show. No-call no show does not qualify for refunds or rescheduling. Student is responsible of informing Daniel of any school-related conflicts.
  • Student (and/or parent) will receive monthly invoice for lessons, and will be expected to pay within 15 days of receipt.
  • Cash, check, Paypal, or Venmo only. No exceptions. (Processing fees by PayPal are the responsibility of the student).

A sample contract, used for private individual lessons, is available at the link. Students (and parents/guardians, if applicable) are encouraged to review the sample contract in order to gain a sense of how the studio is run, as well as ask any questions concerning the contract.
