Compositions

Daniel has numerous experiences writing new pieces for different ensembles. Although mainly specializing in trombone ensembles and big bands, Daniel has branched out into the worlds of wind/percussion ensemble and orchestra. Arrangements

Daniel has been arranging for years, both for his own use and for outside parties. Groups that have been arranged include classical composer David Lovrien, metal bands Dragonforce and Periphery, and even Grammy-winning jazz giants, Jacob Collier & Snarky Puppy. Transcriptions

Daniel is also available for transcription projects, ranging anywhere from basic clef transpositions to notating lines by ear. Daniel's transcription services have most notably been used by the Minnesota Opera. The costs of all projects in this category vary from piece to piece; please contact Daniel directly for an accurate quote on what you need completed.

Overdubbing

Similar to Jim Nova's record A Fall From Light To Dark, Daniel has begun to take up the art of overdubbing, or recording multiple parts of a piece over one another, so as to perform an entire piece by oneself. Currently, this service is limited to pieces, commissioned for Daniel to write, scored for soprano, alto, tenor, bass and/or contrabass trombones. Daniel's overdubbing is a separate service from composing and/or arranging, for a separate surcharge. Contact Daniel today to have your newest piece recorded!
